My informant has once again provided me with some useful information...it seems as though some prisoners are able to deactivate our surveillance, which is the first step of the escape plan I had anticipated. I have to tell the others, there must be something that we can do in order to prevent any form of attack or escape. Its evident that the prisoners know how the system works...maybe there is a way to have another camera system installed in time before anything should happen...
